Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup granola (your favorite type)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 banana, sliced

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra nutrition)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt) and honey or maple syrup. Stir until smooth and well-combined.

Layer the Parfaits: In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a couple of spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture at the bottom. Follow this with a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons).

Add Fruits: Next, layer in a mix of fresh berries and banana slices. Use about 1/4 cup of mixed berries and a few banana slices for each serving.

Repeat Layers: Continue with another layer of yogurt, then granola, and finish off with more fruits. You can repeat the layering process until you reach the top of the glass, leaving some space for garnish.

Garnish and Serve: Add a final dollop of yogurt on top, sprinkle with chia seeds if desired, and decorate with fresh mint leaves for a touch of color. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
