2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Chili Lime Dip:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon honey (to balance the spice)

Salt to taste

Optional: Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

    - Boil the sweet potato chunks in a pot of salted water for about 15 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and let them cool slightly.

      Mash the Sweet Potatoes:

        - In a large mixing bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes with a fork or potato masher until smooth. Allow to cool completely.

          Combine Ingredients:

            - Add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

              Form the Tots:

                - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

                  - With your hands, form the sweet potato mixture into small bite-sized tots (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.

                    Bake:

                      - Drizzle the formed tots with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

                        Make the Chili Lime Dip:
