1 large whole wheat pizza crust

1 cup fresh summer salsa (diced tomatoes, corn, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup crumbled queso fresco

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 small avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

    Prepare the Crust: Roll out the whole wheat pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.

      Mix the Spices: In a small bowl, combine the ground cumin, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Set aside.

        Add Salsa: Spread a generous layer of the fresh summer salsa evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Sprinkle Cheese: Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled queso fresco on top of the salsa.
