1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Vegetables: Begin by washing and drying the tomatoes. Cut the large tomatoes into wedges. Halve the cherry tomatoes, and dice the cucumber into bite-sized cubes. Place all the cut veggies into a large mixing bowl.
