Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup coconut water

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 cup ice cubes

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruits: Start by washing the strawberries under cold water and remove the green tops. Slice them in half. For the mango, peel and dice it into small chunks.

Blend: In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, diced mango, coconut water, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup (if using). Start blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high until you have a smooth mixture.

Add Ice: Once the fruit mixture is smooth, add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend again until the ice is crushed and the slush is frosty and thick. Adjust sweetness by adding more honey/agave syrup if necessary.

Serve: Pour the Tropical Berry Bliss Slush into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch. Optionally, you can add a slice of lime or a whole strawberry on the rim of each glass for extra flair.

Enjoy: Grab a straw, sip, and savor the delicious tropical flavors of the slush!
