Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 cup water

1 cup lemon-lime soda (optional, for extra fizz)

Lemon slices and strawberry pieces (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend until smooth and set aside. You can adjust the sugar based on the ripeness of the strawberries.

Make the Lemonade: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the strawberry puree, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and the cooled sugar water. If you want a fizzy element, gently stir in the lemon-lime soda.

Fill the Molds: Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full. Leave a little space at the top to allow for expansion. If desired, add small slices of lemon and strawberry pieces for added flavor and presentation.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles. Carefully remove them from the molds and enjoy your refreshing strawberry lemonade popsicles!
