1 lb ground chicken

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon lime zest

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Slaw:

2 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce (or to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

8 slider buns

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Lime wedges for serving

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into slider-sized patties.

      Cook the Chicken Sliders: Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken patties for about 5-6 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest.

        Make the Slaw: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Sriracha, salt, and pepper. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until fully coated. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
