Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped

1 large egg

2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (plus extra for serving)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, green onion, egg, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Use your hands or a spatula to mix until everything is well combined.

Form the Meatballs: Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each meatball.

Cook the Meatballs: Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Serve: Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven. Drizzle a bit of extra Sriracha on top for added heat and serve them hot. They can be enjoyed alone, with rice, in a sub sandwich, or as a topping for a salad.

Garnish: For an extra touch, sprinkle some chopped green onions and fresh cilantro on top when serving.
