2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust based on spice preference)

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1 large avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup cilantro leaves (optional)

Lime wedges, for serving

Prepare the Chicken: Start by preheating your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. While it heats, mix together the olive oil, Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes. For even more flavor, marinate for 1-2 hours if you have the time.
