2 pounds chicken wings

1/4 cup Sriracha sauce

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will allow the wings to crisp up nicely.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together Sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, and vegetable oil until well combined.

      Marinate the Wings: Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss them until evenly coated. For best results, let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours if you have the time.

        Arrange the Wings: Once marinated, remove the wings from the fridge. Place them in a single layer on the wire rack over the baking sheet. This allows air to circulate around the wings while they bake.

          Bake the Wings: Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them once halfway through. Bake until they are golden and crispy.

            Glaze and Finish: During the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the wings with any leftover marinade for an added layer of flavor. After removing them from the oven, let them rest for a few minutes.
