2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon Sriracha (add more for extra heat)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)

For Serving:

2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

2 cups steamed broccoli or mixed vegetables

Fresh green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Meatballs:
