2 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old)

1 cup diced chicken breast (cooked)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

2 large eggs

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

1 teaspoon sesame oil

3 green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Prep the Ingredients: If you haven't already, ensure all your ingredients are prepped and ready to go—this will make the cooking process quick and efficient.

    Heat the Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

      Sauté Onion and Garlic: Add the diced onion to the pan and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent. Then, add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
