2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

3 cups watermelon, cubed (seedless if possible)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches and cubed watermelon. Gently toss them together to combine their flavors without crushing the fruit.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined to create a dressing.

      Drizzle the dressing over the peach and watermelon mixture, tossing gently to coat the fruit evenly.
