Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8-count)

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10-12 cookies)

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

¼ cup softened cream cheese

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

½ cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Optional: extra Oreo crumbs for topping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar until well combined. This will be your tasty filling.

Roll Out Dough: Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and unroll it on a lightly floured surface. Flatten it gently with your hands or a rolling pin to form a rectangle.

Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the Oreo mixture over the flattened dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Roll Up the Dough: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log. Once rolled, pinch the seam to seal it and slice the log into 8 equal pieces.

Bake the Rolls: Arrange the slices in the greased baking dish, making sure they are close but not touching. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Make the Cream Cheese Frosting: While the rolls are baking, mix the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and milk in a bowl. Gradually add the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk if necessary.

Frost the Rolls: Once the cinnamon rolls are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the cream cheese frosting generously over the warm rolls.

Add Extra Toppings (Optional): Sprinkle some additional crushed Oreo cookies on top of the frosted rolls for added crunch and flavor.

Serve: Serve the rolls warm and enjoy Phil’s special birthday treat!
