These Toasty Delight: No-Bake S'mores Bars combine graham cracker crumbs, rich chocolate, and gooey mini marshmallows for a sweet treat that’s perfect for any occasion. Easy to prepare and customizable with optional ingredients like peanut butter, these bars require no baking, making them ideal for summer gatherings, movie nights, or quick weekday desserts.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ cup peanut butter (optional for a twist or to enhance the texture)

1 ½ cups mini marshmallows (or more for topping)

2-3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly combined.

    Add Wet Ingredients: Pour in the melted butter (and peanut butter if using) into the dry mixture. Stir until the mixture is well combined, and it resembles wet sand.

      Press into a Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even layer. Use the back of a measuring cup to pack it tightly.

        Add Chocolate Layer: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the graham cracker base and spread it into an even layer.

          Marshmallow Topping: Evenly distribute the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer. If desired, sprinkle extra mini marshmallows on top for a fluffier look.

            Chill: Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is solidified and the bars are firm to touch.

              Slice into Bars: After chilling, lift the bars from the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles, depending on your preference.

                Finish with Drizzle: Before serving, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the bars for an extra touch of sweetness and presentation.
