Ingredients

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup almond flour (or any flour of choice)

1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/2 cup agave syrup (or maple syrup)

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Optional: Sea salt for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Base:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, and shredded coconut. Mix well.

      Mix Wet Ingredients:

        - In another bowl, whisk together the agave syrup, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.

          Combine Mixtures:

            - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir everything together until uniformly combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.

              Spread in the Pan:

                - Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Press the oat mixture firmly into the pan, creating an even layer. Make sure to pack it down tightly.

                  Top with Caramel:

                    - Pour the caramel sauce over the oat base, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Gently tap the pan on the counter to settle the caramel.

                      Melt the Chocolate:

                        - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted.

                          Drizzle Chocolate:

                            - Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over the caramel layer. Use a spatula or a knife to create swirls for a decorative touch.

                              Chill:

                                - Sprinkle some sea salt on top if desired. Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until set.

                                  Slice and Serve:

                                    - Once firm, remove the slice from the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or bars as preferred.
