Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups whole milk

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Fresh whipped cream, for topping

Additional banana slices, for garnish

Optional: chocolate shavings or caramel drizzle

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium-sized bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of 4 small cups or ramekins to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.

Make the Pudding: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and whole milk for about 2 minutes, or until thickened. Set aside for about 5 minutes to ensure it reaches the desired consistency.

Whip the Cream: In a separate large bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.

Combine: Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared pudding mixture until fully incorporated. This will give you a light and creamy filling.

Assemble the Cups: Remove the crusts from the refrigerator. Layer the bottom of each cup with a spoonful of the banana slices, followed by a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with the pudding layer on top.

Chill: Cover the cups with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and to set properly.

Serve: Just before serving, top each pie cup with a generous dollop of fresh whipped cream, a few banana slices, and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or a drizzle of caramel, if desired.

Enjoy: Dig into your deliciously indulgent No-Bake Banana Cream Pie Cups and savor each bite!
