1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup (for a vegan option)

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (dairy-free if needed)

1/4 cup chopped almonds

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until they are blended well.
