1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon peppermint extract

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed chocolate mint cookies (like Thin Mints)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Melt the Chocolate: In a double boiler over low heat, combine the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
