1 package of mini crescent roll dough

8 ounces turkey bacon

4 large eggs

¼ cup milk

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

    Cook the Turkey Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until it is crispy. Remove from heat and chop into smaller pieces.

      Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

        Scramble the Eggs: In the same skillet used for the turkey bacon, pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Once the eggs are scrambled but still slightly runny, stir in the chopped turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives. Remove from heat.

          Roll the Crescents: Unroll the mini crescent dough and separate them into triangles. Place a spoonful of the egg and turkey bacon mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

            Form the Rolls: Carefully roll the dough from the wide end towards the pointed end, pinching the edges to seal. Place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
