Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

12 large iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves (enough for stacking)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup pickles, diced

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly incorporated.

      Form the Patties:

        - Divide the mixture into 12 small patties, about 1-inch thick. Make sure they're compact but not overly squished.

          Cook the Patties:

            - Heat a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, sprinkle cheese on top of each patty and cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

              Prep the Lettuce Wraps:

                - While the patties are cooking, rinse and dry the lettuce leaves carefully. Select the firmest, most intact leaves for stacking; these will serve as the wraps.

                  Assemble the Stacks:

                    - Place a lettuce leaf on a plate. Top it with a cheeseburger patty, followed by a spoonful of diced tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Drizzle a small amount of the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard over the toppings. Add another lettuce leaf, and repeat the stacking process until you have 2-3 layers for each stack.

                      Garnish and Serve:

                        - Sprinkle fresh parsley on top of the mini cheeseburger stacks for a touch of color and extra flavor. Serve immediately while the patties are warm and juicy.
