1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (about 13.8 ounces)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced green chilies (canned or fresh, depending on your heat preference)

1/2 cup diced cooked bacon or sausage (optional)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for greasing)

Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lightly greasing it with olive oil.

    Prepare the Pizza Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use a round cookie cutter or a glass to cut out small circles, about 3 inches in diameter.

      Arrange the Dough: Place the mini dough circles onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

        Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk in the milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

          Assemble the Pizzas: Into the center of each mini dough circle, sprinkle a small amount of shredded cheese, followed by a spoonful of diced green chilies, and if desired, cooked bacon or sausage. Finally, carefully pour a little bit of the egg mixture on top, filling just until the dough edge (approximately 1 tablespoon per pizza).
