2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ cup granola (your choice, I recommend coconut or almond)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

¼ cup shredded coconut (toasted or raw)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

A squeeze of fresh lime juice

Prepare the Fruits: Start by washing and hulling the strawberries. Slice them into quarters or halves depending on their size. Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, and dice the flesh into bite-sized pieces.

    Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the diced mangoes and sliced strawberries. Gently toss them with a squeeze of fresh lime juice to enhance the flavors and prevent browning, especially for the mangoes.
