1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup almond flour

1 large egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon chili powder (optional for a kick)

½ teaspoon salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper (for baking)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Melt the Cheese: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Microwave the mixture for about 1 minute, then remove and stir. Microwave again for another 30 seconds until it’s fully melted and blended.

      Prepare the Dough: Add the egg, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder (if using), and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix until you have a cohesive dough. It will be sticky, but be patient as you combine all the ingredients.

        Roll Out the Dough: Place the dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll it out to a thickness of about 1/8 inch for crispy chips. Remove the top piece of parchment.

          Cut the Chips: Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, cut the rolled-out dough into triangle shapes to resemble tortilla chips.

            Bake the Chips: Transfer the parchment with the cut chips onto a baking sheet. If desired, lightly spray the chips with cooking spray for extra crispiness. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

              Cool and Serve: Once baked, allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then break them apart if they stuck together. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly dips, like guacamole or salsa!
