1 lb ground beef (you can also use thinly sliced steak)

1 bell pepper (green or red), diced

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup heavy cream

1 ½ cups shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with a bit of olive oil or non-stick spray.

    Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter. Once hot, add the ground beef or sliced steak. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Sauté the diced onion and garlic for around 2 minutes until translucent. Add the diced bell pepper and sliced mushrooms, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes until softened.

        Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, sautéed vegetables, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
