1 cup of cream cheese, softened

1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup of Italian salami, sliced

1/2 cup of prosciutto, sliced

1/2 cup of roasted red peppers, sliced

1/3 cup of black olives, sliced

1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves, chopped

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Prepare the Tortillas: On a clean surface, lay out each tortilla and soften them slightly by warming for a few seconds in the microwave if they’re too rigid.

    Mix the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

      Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture: Evenly spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Layer the Ingredients: On top of the cream cheese spread, layer the mozzarella cheese, salami, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, black olives, and chopped basil. Be careful not to overfill to ensure easy rolling.
