Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/2 banana, sliced

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until well blended and smooth.

Line the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet (approximately 9x13 inches) with parchment paper, ensuring the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the mixed berries, banana slices, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and chia seeds (if using) over the yogurt layer. Gently press down on the toppings to ensure they stick to the yogurt.

Freeze the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Cut and Serve: Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Use the parchment paper to lift the yogurt bark out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and cut into pieces of your desired size.

Store Remaining Bark: Return any leftovers to the freezer in an airtight container or wrap pieces individually in plastic wrap for a quick snack on the go.
