4 ears of fresh corn, husked

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup honey

Juice and zest of 2 limes

1 teaspoon chili powder (adjust for heat preference)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Corn: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Husk the corn and remove all silk strands. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

    Make the Honey-Lime Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, lime juice, lime zest, chili powder, and sea salt until well combined.

      Grill the Corn: Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has nice grill marks.

        Glaze the Corn: Using a brush, generously apply the honey-lime mixture to the corn during the last 2 minutes of grilling. This will allow the glaze to caramelize slightly and infuse flavor.
