Honey Cinnamon Butter Popcorn

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pop the Popcorn: Use an air popper or a stovetop method to pop your popcorn kernels. If using the stovetop, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat, add the kernels, and cover. Shake the pot occasionally until popping slows to about 2 seconds between pops. Remove from heat.

    Melt the Butter: While the popcorn is popping, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

      Add Honey and Cinnamon: Once the butter is melted, stir in the honey and ground cinnamon until well combined. Continue to heat the mixture for another minute, ensuring it's warm but not boiling.
