4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon lemon zest

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, black pepper, salt, and lemon zest. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Prepare the Chicken: Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin, gently pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

        Stuff the Chicken: Spoon the herb and feta filling evenly onto one side of each chicken breast. Be careful not to overstuff. Fold the other side of the chicken over the filling and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine to hold the filling in place.

          Sear the Chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the stuffed chicken breasts and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
