Ingredients

10 oz spaghetti (or any pasta of your choice)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup black olives, sliced

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Edible googly eyes (optional for decoration)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1 cup of pasta water.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.

Mix It Up: Add the halved cherry tomatoes, black olives, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

Combine Pasta and Veggies: Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together. If the mixture seems dry, add some of the reserved pasta water little by little until you reach your desired consistency.

Cheesy Finish: Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pasta. Cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve and Decorate: Once the cheese is melted, transfer the pasta to serving plates. Optionally, use the edible googly eyes and place a few over the pasta to create spooky skeleton faces. Garnish with fresh basil leaves for color and flavor.

Enjoy Your Feast: Dig in and enjoy your Spooky Skeleton Pasta Delight perfect for Halloween festivities!
