2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture, and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill, cooking them for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until they are fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C). Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: Once rested, slice the grilled chicken breasts into thin strips.

        Prepare the Wrap Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and halved cherry tomatoes (if using). Toss until the lettuce is evenly coated with dressing.

          Assemble the Wraps: Lay a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Place an equal amount of the Chicken Caesar mixture in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling inside.

            Grill the Wraps (Optional): For extra crispiness, return the assembled wraps to the grill for about 2-3 minutes per side, just until golden and heated through.

              Serve: Slice the wraps in half, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side for dipping.
