2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup romaine lettuce leaves, whole and washed

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)

Fresh lemon wedges for serving

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the marinade. Allow marinating in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using a stovetop grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat with a bit of olive oil to prevent sticking.

      Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken has nice grill marks. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

        Slice the Chicken: While the chicken is resting, slice it into thin strips.

          Assemble the Wraps: Take a clean romaine lettuce leaf and spoon a dollop of Caesar dressing onto it. Place a few strips of grilled chicken on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and add crushed croutons if desired for some extra crunch.
