Ingredients

1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons ground turmeric

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt (to taste)

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower florets.

Make the seasoning mix: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, ground turmeric, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Combine and coat: Pour the seasoning mix over the cauliflower florets. Toss well to ensure that each floret is evenly coated in the turmeric mixture.

Spread on a baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast the cauliflower: Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.

Finish with lemon: Once roasted, remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.

Garnish and serve: Transfer the roasted cauliflower to a serving platter, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
