4 large russet potatoes, washed and scrubbed

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)

    Prepare the Potatoes: Slice each potato lengthwise into thick slabs about 1/2 inch thick. You should get about 3-4 slabs per potato, depending on their size.

      Season the Oil: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until you have a cohesive seasoning oil.

        Coat the Potatoes: Add the potato slabs to the bowl and toss gently until each slab is evenly coated with the seasoned oil mixture.
