6 cups Golden Grahams cereal

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: extra mini marshmallows and chocolate chips for topping

Prepare the Pan: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal of the bars later.

    Melt the Mixture: In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the unsalted butter and peanut butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

      Add Sugar and Vanilla: Once well combined, remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until fully incorporated.

        Combine with Cereal: Immediately fold in the Golden Grahams cereal and mini marshmallows. Mix until all the cereal is well coated with the peanut butter mixture.
