4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
