Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until evenly coated.

Add Seasoning: Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Make sure the cauliflower is well coated with the spices and garlic.

Add Parmesan: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower and toss lightly for an even coating.

Distribute on Baking Sheet: Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. This ensures even roasting.

Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.

Garnish: Once cooked, remove from the oven and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Serve and Enjoy: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted cauliflower for a bright finish and serve warm as a delicious side dish or a healthy snack!
