Ingredients

4 medium-sized ears of fresh corn on the cob, husked and cleaned

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a small mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.

Boil the Corn: Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add the cleaned corn on the cob. Boil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the corn is tender but still crisp.

Drain and Cool: Once cooked, carefully remove the corn from the pot and let it drain in a colander for a minute or two.

Coat with Garlic Butter: While the corn is still warm, generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each ear of corn, ensuring that the butter seeps into the kernels.

Serve: Arrange the corn on a serving platter. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley and/or Parmesan cheese for extra flavor. Serve warm and enjoy the deliciousness!
