8 oz macaroni pasta

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cups whole milk

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for crunch)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
