Ingredients

2 cups of Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal (or your favorite cereal)

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Silicone muffin cups or cupcake liners

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

Layer the Cups: Place the silicone muffin cups or cupcake liners on a baking sheet for easy transport. Start by adding a spoonful of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each cup, filling about 1/3 full.

Add the Crunch: Sprinkle a layer of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top of the yogurt in each cup, pressing down gently to create a firm layer.

Repeat Layering: Add another layer of the yogurt mixture on top of the cereal in each cup, filling them almost to the top.

Top with Berries: Gently press a few mixed berries into the top layer of yogurt in each cup. You can make a pretty pattern with the berries for visual appeal.

Finish with Crunch: Sprinkle a little more Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top, followed by a few mini chocolate chips if using.

Freeze: Carefully place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the silicone molds or peel off the cupcake liners. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and enjoy!
