Ingredients

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon coconut flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Set Up Your Freezing Station: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, making sure it’s large enough to accommodate all kiwi and strawberry slices.

Get Fruity: Dip each kiwi round in the yogurt mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Do the same with the strawberry slices, making sure they are thoroughly covered.

Arrange the Rounds: Place the yogurt-coated kiwi and strawberry slices onto the prepared parchment-lined baking sheet. Keep them spaced out a bit to prevent sticking.

Optional Garnish: Sprinkle a few coconut flakes over the yogurt-coated fruits if desired. This will add a lovely texture and a hint of tropical flavor.

Freeze Time: Once all your rounds are on the baking sheet, transfer it to the freezer. Let freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, you can enjoy the Kiwi Strawberry Bliss Bites straight from the freezer or let them sit for a couple of minutes to soften slightly for easier chewing.

Store: Place any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
