Ingredients

2 cups granola (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any flavored yogurt of your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on yogurt sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

1 banana, sliced

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Mini muffin tin or silicone molds

Instructions

Prepare the Muffin Tin: If you’re using a traditional muffin tin, lightly spray it with cooking spray to prevent sticking. If you’re using silicone molds, you can skip this step.

Combine Yogurt Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Layer the Granola: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of granola into each muffin cup or mold. Press it down gently to create a base.

Add Yogurt Layer: Using a spoon, fill each cup with the yogurt mixture until they are about 3/4 full.

Top with Fruits: Evenly distribute the mixed berries and banana slices on top of each yogurt cup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts for added crunch and flavor.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin or molds in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Remove from Molds: Once frozen, gently remove the granola cups from the muffin tin or molds. If they are sticking, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier removal.

Serve: Enjoy your frozen yogurt granola cups immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Perfect for a quick snack or healthy dessert!
