Ingredients

For the Cinnamon Roll Mixture:

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

For the Yogurt Coating:

2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Topping:

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Additional chopped nuts (optional)

Drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cinnamon Roll Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until combined. If using, stir in the chopped nuts.

Assemble the Cinnamon Rolls: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a small amount of the butter mixture onto each triangle, then roll them into small, tight clusters. Place each cluster on the lined baking sheet. Leave a bit of space between them, as they will puff up while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prepare the Yogurt Coating: While the cinnamon roll clusters are cooling, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth and well combined.

Coat the Clusters: Once the clusters are cooled, dip each one lightly in the yogurt mixture, letting any excess drip off. Place the coated clusters back on the baking sheet.

Freeze: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze the clusters for at least 2 hours until firm.

Serve: Remove the cinnamon roll clusters from the freezer. Optionally, you can sprinkle them with mini chocolate chips, additional nuts, or drizzle caramel or chocolate sauce over the top before serving.

Enjoy: Enjoy your delicious Frozen Yogurt Cinnamon Roll Clusters as a refreshing and decadent treat!
