Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or chunky, if preferred)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free chocolate chips)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Use a whisk or spatula to mix until well combined and smooth.

Shape the Bombs: Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, portion the yogurt mixture into bite-sized balls (about 1 tablespoon each) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure they're evenly spaced. You should get around 12-15 bombs depending on the size.

Freeze the Bombs: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until the yogurt balls are solid.

Melt the Chocolate: While the yogurt bombs are freezing, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth.

Coat the Bombs: Once the yogurt bombs are frozen, remove them from the freezer. Dip each bomb into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Use a fork to lift them out, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off.

Add Toppings (Optional): If desired, sprinkle your choice of toppings (crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut) while the chocolate is still wet.

Final Freeze: Return the chocolate-coated bombs to the baking sheet and pop them back into the freezer for another 30-60 minutes until the chocolate is set.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate is fully hardened, enjoy your Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Peanut Butter Bombs directly from the freezer! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
