Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup granola (your choice)

½ cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 ripe banana, sliced

2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Optional: a sprinkle of chia seeds or shredded coconut for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and fully incorporated.

      Line the Baking Sheet:

Line a large baking sheet (approximately 18x13 inches) with parchment paper. This will prevent the yogurt bark from sticking and make it easier to remove once frozen.

          Spread the Yogurt:

Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it into an even layer about ½ inch thick. Don’t worry about making it perfect; some texture adds charm!

              Add Toppings:

Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt layer, followed by the mixed berries and banana slices. Finish by scattering the chopped nuts on top. For an extra healthy boost, you can add chia seeds or shredded coconut as a topping.

                  Freeze:

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.

                      Break Into Pieces:

Once fully frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Lift the yogurt bark out using the edges of the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and break it into pieces of your desired size.

                          Serve:

Enjoy immediately, or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for a quick breakfast or snack on the go!
