Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries

1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

1/4 cup chia seeds (optional, for added texture)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

A pinch of salt

Cooking spray or silicone muffin molds for easy release

Instructions

Prepare the Ring Mold: If using silicone muffin molds, spray them lightly with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Alternatively, you can use a donut pan for fun ring shapes.

Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, almond butter, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Fold in Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries into the oatmeal mixture, being careful not to mash them too much if using fresh berries.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the mixture into the prepared molds, filling each about 3/4 of the way full. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to flatten the tops slightly.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Remove from Molds: Once the oatmeal rings are frozen solid, carefully pop them out of the molds. If they stick, let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to loosen.

Serve: Enjoy these delicious Frozen Yogurt Berry Oatmeal Rings immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. They can be eaten as a refreshing snack or healthy breakfast!
