Ingredients

2 cups of low-fat Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1/4 cup granola (for added crunch)

2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Prep Your Pan: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring that the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

Sweeten the Yogurt (Optional): In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Stir until well combined and smooth.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread it out evenly to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Add Berries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt layer. Gently press the fruit into the yogurt to ensure they stick.

Sprinkle the Toppings: Add the granola and dark chocolate chips across the top of the yogurt and berry layer for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

Break & Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the baking sheet using the parchment paper. Break it into pieces and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
