Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 ripe bananas, sliced into rounds

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

1/2 cup granola or crushed nuts (for crunch, optional)

Chocolate chips or melted chocolate (for drizzling, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Mix the Yogurt: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract until smooth and well mixed.

      Assemble the Bites:

        - Dip each strawberry slice halfway into the yogurt mixture, letting the excess drip off.

          - Place the yogurt-covered strawberry on the prepared baking sheet.

            - Next, layer a banana round on top of each strawberry, then add a dollop of yogurt on top of the banana to completely coat it.

Optional Toppings: If using granola or crushed nuts, sprinkle some on top of each yogurt-covered banana for added crunch.

Drizzle with Chocolate (Optional): Melt some chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler, then drizzle over the assembled bites for a decadent touch.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until the bites are completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, you can store the bites in a sealed container in the freezer. Enjoy them directly from the freezer as a cool snack or dessert!
