Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pistachios), roughly chopped

1/4 cup freeze-dried fruits (like strawberries or raspberries)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup). Stir until fully mixed and smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness if desired.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Be cautious not to overheat the chocolate.

Layer the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and spread it out evenly to about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Chocolate Swirls: Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt base. Using a knife or a skewer, swirl the chocolate through the yogurt to create a marbled effect.

Top it Off: Sprinkle the mixed nuts, freeze-dried fruits, shredded coconut, and a pinch of sea salt on top of the yogurt bark, ensuring an even distribution.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen solid.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly for easier cutting. Break or cut into pieces and enjoy!

Store: Keep any leftover bark in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
